The EIT Urban Mobility Hub Croatia was presented at a two-day hybrid event organized by ODRAZ, the secretariat of the CIVINET Slovenia-Croatia-SEE network and the City of Zagreb, the coordinator of the Network. A conference on urban climate, with a focus on new EU policies, funding opportunities for projects and mitigation of the negative impacts of transport, is a part of the CLIMASUM project.
The event was held on the 17th and 18th of March 2022, at the Zagreb Innovation Center (ZICER, Zagreb Fair, Dubrovnik Avenue 15). A representative of our hub, Mrs Petra Grgasović (REGEA), participated in the first day of the event, as a presenter in the section “New EU policies and sources of funding for sustainable and climate-neutral mobility projects”, but also as a panelist discussing various opportunities to improve urban mobility currently available for the cities. Other guests included the representatives of the City of Ljubljana, City of Zagreb, Ministry of the Sea, Transport and Infrastructure of Croatia, and other public and private entities relevant for the development of the sustainable urban mobility.
